Private & Banquet Menus
Thank you for choosing Canal Street Pub and Restaurant. The staff and management will work hard to make sure every detail is attended to so that may relax and enjoy your event. The following guidelines have been designed to help ease the planning process. We will be happy to suggest and discuss any arrangements that may help you create a memorable event.
BOOKING YOUR FUNCTION:
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be required to reserve your date. The $250.00 will be deducted from your final bill.
* A service charge of $100.00 will be required for the use of the banquet room.
* Private bar service is available at a cost of $100.00.
* An 18% gratuity will be added to all private functions.
B) Dining Room: Our dining room is designed to comfortably seat 150 people.
Canal Street Pub and Restaurant will reserve our dining room for private functions. A service charge of $500.00 will be
added to your total bill to close this space. The Wine Bar is also available to use at a cost of $75.00. The cost to close the entire restaurant, would be at the rate of $1000.00.
* Custom floor plans are available at additional cost.
* Private bar service is available for groups of 100 and more.
* A service charge to be determined by Canal Street Pub and Restaurant may be charged for
desserts provided by hosts.
* An 18% gratuity will be added to all private functions.
1) Your menu and bar selections are requested 14 days prior to your function.
2) Your guaranteed guest count is required 7 days in advance. Charges will be based on
your guaranteed count or the actual number of guests served, whichever is higher.
3) Menu prices are "Market Price Based'' at the time of this printing. Prices are subject to change with
market fluctuations. You will be notified as soon as possible should any changes occur.
4) All food must be supplied and purchased through Canal Street Pub and Restaurant. Any products
provided by host must have prior approval.
5) All food is the property of Canal Street Pub and Restaurant.
6) If you would like to offer multiple entree choices it is the responsibility of the host to supply Canal Street
Pub and Restaurant with an accurate number of each selection and place cards for each guest with their
entree selection. If additional entrees need to be prepared the items will be added to your final bill.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
1) A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to reserve the date.
2) Balance due for actual total the day of your function. For your convenience Canal Street Pub and
Restaurant accepts major credit cards or personal checks.
